EGYPT: PRIVATE MEDICAL PRACTICE
Practicing medicine in the private practice in Egypt poses very peculiar challenges to doctors. Private clinics in Egypt typically are two types. The first one is clinics providing high quality of care for pennies; those are the clinics of young doctors who just started their private practice and do not know how to run the business successfully. The second type is clinics of rather known doctors who will see quite a large number of patients per day and make really high incomes but provide very limited time for each patient. This makes the overall service provided in those clinics quite mediocre. The two types of clinics are a failure. Possible more successful options are proposed and discussed in this video.18:29
